Cancellation & No‑Show Policy
At Salt MedSpa of Dawsonville, each appointment is a dedicated time for your personal care and healing. To help us maintain a balanced schedule that supports both our clients and our wellness practitioners, we ask that you review the following policies.
Cancellations
If you need to adjust your plans, please let us know as early as possible. Cancellations made after 6:00 pm the day before your appointment will incur a 50% fee, as this time has been set aside specifically for your service.
No‑Shows
When an appointment is missed without notice, it is considered a no‑show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This ensures our practitioners are compensated for the time they prepare for your visit.
Rescheduling
We’re always happy to help you find a new appointment time that supports your wellness routine. Please reach out at your earliest convenience so we can accommodate your needs.
